Puspan. L. 117–90, § 1, Mar. 3, 2022, 136 Stat. 26, provided that:
“This Act [enacting chapter 4 of this title, amending sections 2, 208, and 307 of this title, and enacting provisions set out as a note under section 401 of this title] may be cited as the ‘Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021’.”
