§ 717.17 - Inspection and reporting requirements.
(a) Inspection. Firms must make records of allegations available for inspection by any duly designated representative of the Administrator.
(b) Reporting. Each person who is required to keep records under this part must submit copies of those records to the Agency as required by the EPA Administrator or appropriate designee. EPA will notify those responsible for reporting by letter or will announce any such requirements for submitting copies of records by a notice in the
