§ 670.21 - Designation of native plants.

All plants whose normal range is limited to, or includes Antarctica are designated native plants, including:

Bryophytes Freshwater algae Fungi Lichens Vascular Plants [63 FR 50164, Sept. 21, 1998, as amended at 86 FR 27988, May 25, 2021]
