§ 25.01-1 - Applicable to all vessels.

The provisions of this part shall apply to all vessels except as specifically noted.

Note to § 25.01-1:

33 CFR parts 175, 177, 179, 181 and 183 contain additional regulations applicable to Uninspected Passenger Vessels.
