Effective Date of 1984 Amendment

Amendment by section 2661(o)(2) of Puspan. L. 98–369 effective as though included in the enactment of the Social Security Amendments of 1983, Puspan. L. 98–21, see section 2664(a) of Puspan. L. 98–369, set out as a note under section 401 of Title 42, The Public Health and Welfare.

Effective Date of 1980 Amendments

Amendment by Puspan. L. 96–589 effective Oct. 1, 1979, but not to apply to proceedings under Title 11 commenced before Oct. 1, 1979, see section 7 of Puspan. L. 96–589, set out as a note under section 108 of this title.

L. 115–141, set out as a note under section 23 of this title.
